REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for supporting Earth Medicine Holistic Veterinary Healing. This policy outlines the terms for product orders, shipping, and refunds. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
PART ONE: HERBAL PRODUCTS
1. ALL HERBAL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS
ALL SALES OF HERBAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on herbal tinctures or any other botanical wellness products once an order has been placed and fulfilled.
Because our herbal tinctures are handcrafted in small batches using high-quality, perishable botanical ingredients, we are unable to resell returned items. This policy exists to protect product integrity and the wellbeing of all animal companions receiving our products.
We encourage you to review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and dosing information carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is appropriate for your animal, please contact us before placing your order — we are happy to help guide you.
2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We take great care in packaging each order. However, if you receive an item that is:

Damaged in transit (broken bottle, leaked contents, etc.)

Incorrect (wrong product or formula received)
Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation, which may include replacement of the item at our discretion. We are not responsible for damage caused by carrier mishandling after verified delivery.
PART TWO: SHIPPING
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Processing Window: All herbal product orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing within the next 1-3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
4. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL Express depending on order size, destination, and availability. Shipping options and estimated rates are provided at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier schedules, weather, and distance.
5. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the contiguous United States and internationally.
6. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible and pass along actual carrier rates without markup.
7. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are typically:
USPS First Class / Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
These are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Earth Medicine is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery exceptions once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package:

Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim

Reach out to us — we will do our best to assist, though we cannot guarantee replacement for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Earth Medicine is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
9. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at earthmedicinevet.com — we will do our best to correct it before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
PART THREE: CONSULTATIONS & SERVICES
10. CONSULTATION FEES
Consultation fees are charged at the time of booking or service. Fees are non-refundable once a consultation has been conducted. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours notice for refund- you can make these changes via the email confirmation sent to you at the time of booking. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for our full cancellation policy.
