Clients can cancel their appointments for free 72 hours before the start time. If cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, the entire fee will be charged. Clients can reschedule their appointments 72 hours before the start time. If you need to reschedule within the 72 hour window, you must cancel your appointment and rebook. If our 45 minute consultation needs more time and I have the time to give, I will charge $30 per 20 mins that we go over time, and will invoice you after our consultation.
